Forty four selected papers on various sub-themes of the conference were presented by the principals of various schools from all over the country. The conference souvenir was released at the hands of Dr. Dheeraj Malhotra Vice President, Next Education India Pvt. Ltd.
The valedictory function of the conference was graced and blessed by former President Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. He addressed 2000 Principals and Teachers in the valedictory function. Twenty principals were awarded with the 'Nachiketa Award' at the hands of Dr. Kalam. His address to the Principals and the teachers is attached herein.

4th Edition of International Principals Educational Conference was scheduled on the theme "Back to Black boards". Let us however hasnt to add that this was not an anti-technology theme. The theme aimed at that area of education that goes beyond technology the basics of content.
The conference was inaugurated at the hands of Dr. Uma Vaidya, Vice Chancellor, Kavikulguru Kalidas Vidyapith, Ramtek and Ms. Stella Fernandis Renowned Educationalist, Singapore followed by theme explanation by Mr. Vijay Phanshikar, Principal Advisor of the Conference.
