4)Ways and means adopted in your school system to create spirit of nationalism amongst the students.
Here also we received programme of discussion by the principals' and relevant workshops were organised in
enlightening the theme effectively. The conference was inaugurated at the hands of Chief Guest Honorable Dr. D. V. Sharma , Gen. Secretary, COBSE, New Delhi and Guest of Honour Honorable Mr. Banwarilal Purohit, Former M.P. Chief Guest Dr. Vedprakash Mishra, Honorable V.C.Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, Guest of Honour Mrs. Kanchan Gadkari, Renowned Social Worker
& Mr. Mahesh Karazgaonkar, District Education Officer preceded over the Valedictory function.
PEC - 2010
"In the year 2008, we had organised a Principals Educational Conference in Nagpur.
The theme of the Conference was "Total Quality Management in Education".
Advisory committee of PEC-10 decided, this year's conference theme as "School - The last frontier".
Before we started deliberating on the issue as part of the organisation of the Second Principals' Educational Conference, we had not realised the expanse and the scope of the subject. The theme took birth out of an apprehension that what the home, the family,
is supposed to do by way of upbringing the children,
is not happening . In most homes, what we call "Sanskar" is missing.
Hence the theme of the Second Principals' Educational Conference : School - The Last Frontier.
In accordance with the theme and subjects under category - ideal methodology of teaching ,
we have received panorama of views and opinions from the Principals. Reading of paper can provide the teacher with
storehouse of innovative ideas for effectively dealing with present environmental scenario.
